The villa is on two levels. On the upper (driveway) level is the entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen and two double rooms with bathrooms. These bedrooms are at opposite ends of this level. The third double room is on the lower (pool) level, down a spiral staircase from the entrance hall. The studio with it's own entrance is also on the pool level.

There are many terraces and patios on both levels, with seating and tables (at least five groups of tables each with six chairs) which provide space for independent relaxation. The kitchen is fully fitted with all usual appliances, whilst the lounge has 32" TV (Satellite), Video, DVD player and CD player. The studio has TV/video and basic satellite link.

The rental includes electricity, gas, pool and garden care, and cleaners. The cleaners are scheduled for one visit per week, but additional visits can be arranged.  Local property management agents are on hand to ensure that all facilities are available and operational.

The dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, TV's, video, etc., etc. were all replaced recently, and new airconditioning equipment has been installed.  The gardens and surrounding trees have flourished with Jose's care, and the pool is cleaned and maintained by Javier.
